On Marriott.com, the corporate code goes in Corp/Promo Code under Lowest Regular Rate. In the Marriott Bonvoy app, open Special Rates during your search. Use the code supplied by your employer.
On the Marriott website
- Enter your destination and travel dates.
- Open the rate menu, choose the corporate code option, and enter the code.
- Select Find Hotels, then choose a hotel and review its available rooms and rates.
In the Marriott Bonvoy app
Enter your destination and dates, then open the special-rate field on the search screen. Add the code, tap Apply, and search for hotels. These are the routes documented in Marriott's corporate booking instructions.
If Marriott asks you to verify
Marriott requires a Bonvoy account for corporate bookings made on its website or app. If your company's rate uses Corporate Qualified Rate Validation, sign in and verify your work email with the one-time code Marriott sends. Your Bonvoy email can be different. See Marriott's verification instructions.
If your search shows no corporate rate, try another date or confirm the code with your travel department. Marriott says the rate may be unavailable for the selected stay.
