Compare the same room and dates against the public rate. Check taxes, cancellation, meals and payment terms.
Read the terms, then book
Confirm that the returned rate matches your organization. Save the booking terms and bring any required identification.

What does "Reference record" mean?
The entry is retained from our code directory. A current independent validation and a dated source are not recorded for it. Confirm the code with your organization before you rely on it.
Can anyone use these codes?
No. Eligibility is set by the agreement between the organization and the hotel group. A listed code is not permission to use a restricted rate.
Will the corporate rate always be cheaper?

Do community reports verify a code?
