Enter your employer's exact number in Hilton's Corporate Account field, then check another date or hotel. A missing corporate rate does not by itself mean the code has expired; confirm the number and your stay's eligibility before trying a different rate.
Check the entry, then the result
On Hilton.com, open Special Rates and enter the Corporate Account number. You can do this before searching or above the room choices after selecting a hotel. In the app, choose your destination and dates, then open Special rates. Use the number supplied by your employer or travel program. These are the paths in Hilton's booking instructions.

Hilton's availability guidance recommends alternate dates and checking the supplied corporate number when the requested rate is unavailable. It does not identify the cause of an individual failed search.
