About the directory

HotelCorporateCodes brings company and hotel reference codes into one searchable directory. It contains 286 hotel records across 10 hotel brands, with separate rental-car references. Code pages link to the hotel brand’s own booking site so you can check availability and the terms for your trip.

What a reference record means

The directory preserves historical code records. A listing is not an endorsement by the hotel or organization, proof that an agreement is current, or permission to use a restricted rate. Current discounts and identification requirements must be checked for your booking.

Community reports

Recent reports show what visitors encountered. Counts cover the last 30 days. One client can update a report for a code each day; reports are not independently verified and may vary by hotel, dates and eligibility.

Travel guides and the assistant

Travel guides include articles written with AI assistance and checked against cited sources, alongside older entries marked as archived. Archived entries retain their original dates and may contain claims that have not been reverified. Published guides do not verify live rates or every company agreement. New conversations with the assistant are not automatically published as guides.
