This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising tags for usage measurement and advertising. These services may use cookies and process device and interaction data.

Usage reports

The feedback form asks for no name or email address. To limit repeat reports, the server derives a daily salted identifier from the client network address and stores the selected outcome. A shared network may be treated as one client. Reports are counted for 30 days; daily salts expire and feedback records expire after inactivity.

AI assistant

When you use the assistant, your question, the current directory record and up to six previous messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We privately retain the question you submit and its selected code record to understand what our guides should answer. This topic inbox does not save your conversation history or network address. Questions are reviewed before being used to develop public guides; personal details are not intended for publication. Please leave out passwords, booking references and other private information.

Service operation

Web-server logs may include network addresses, request paths and timing information needed to operate the site. Feedback counters are public aggregates; individual identifiers are not returned by the feedback API.
