Use your approved company account to price the exact one-way trip. The code alone does not guarantee route availability or waive return charges. Confirm the pickup and return branches, dates, times and vehicle group in the quote.
Avis defines company rates as negotiated with the business. For a missing account number, National directs travelers to their company's travel team.
Choose the return branch before you book
A different return branch makes this a one-way rental, even within one city. Enterprise's US policy requires advance booking at participating locations; a changed branch can bring a one-way or mileage charge or a higher rate.
Swipe the table to see all columns.
| Return plan | Locations to enter | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Same branch | The identical pickup and return location | That reservation's quoted total |
| Different branch, same city | Both locations, such as airport and downtown | Any price change or return charge |
| Another city | The exact destination branch | That your approved account applies to this route |
Check the full price for that route
One-way pricing can differ from a same-branch rental without a separate return fee. Avis's US one-way guidance directs renters to itinerary pricing and charge details. Compare the final total with the company account applied, including disclosed return or mileage charges; count each charge once.
For a broader comparison, use our corporate-versus-public quote checklist. For rentals outside the US or across borders, get the local policy for that route.
If your return location changes
Contact the rental company or use its supported change process before returning to another branch. Avis documents this process and sends an updated confirmation. Check that confirmation's return branch and revised price.
If no quote appears under your company account, ask: Can our approved account cover pickup at [A] and return at [B] on these dates, for this vehicle group? What total and return charges apply?
