Yes, if your Accor hotel, stay and selected corporate rate allow redemption. ALL Reward points can reduce an eligible bill; a company rate or permission to earn points does not guarantee this.
Check the rate and hotel first
The ALL membership terms include corporate rates among points-earning rate categories, with exclusions. Redemption has additional conditions: some rates and offers cannot use points. The stay must qualify, the member must personally stay and show their membership card, and the booking must use an allowed route. A third-party online travel agency booking is not an Eligible Stay.
Use Reward points for the discount, not Status points. Also check the property: the terms exclude stay discounts at named partner brands, including IntercityHotel and Steigenberger. Day Use accommodation cannot be paid with Reward points.

Use the option for your actual booking
Sign into your ALL account, select the company rate you are authorized to use, and read its conditions before paying. Accor's points-booking guide describes applying points when prompted online or asking reception about eligible room charges during your stay. The membership terms also allow bookings through the ALL app, Accor's telephone booking office or the participating hotel.
Review the remaining amount and payment terms. Accor's Reward points payment guidance requires some bank-card payment for prepaid bookings that cannot be changed or cancelled. Pay any uncovered balance through an accepted method. The portion funded with points does not earn new points; remaining eligible spending follows programme rules. Using points does not make a non-refundable rate refundable.
If the online points option is missing, ask Accor or the hotel about that exact rate before committing. Reception is not a workaround for an excluded booking. For an existing reservation, confirm whether redemption is possible without cancelling it. If your company arranged the booking or consolidated bill, check the original channel and billing arrangement rather than assuming the company label proves eligibility.
