Yes. The IHG One Rewards App can book corporate or business rates, but use only a Corporate ID you are authorized to use. Confirm the company name, exact stay details and selected rate terms before you book.
Book with your approved Corporate ID
The current IHG One Rewards App page confirms that the App supports hotel search, booking and reservation management. IHG's current Business Edge site also lists the App as a booking channel for that program.
A retained official IHG business-app page documents saving a Corporate ID as a preference and displaying the discounted rate with the company name. The page uses older Rewards Club wording, and the current native App menus were not tested here, so labels and navigation may differ by App version.
- Get the approved Corporate ID and usage rules from your employer or travel team.
- Search the exact hotel, dates, room and number of guests.
- Add or retrieve the company identifier in the available rate options.
- Confirm that the result identifies the expected company or corporate rate.
- Compare the total price and all conditions with other available rates.
- Keep the confirmation and any proof required for check-in.
Check the quote before booking
Swipe the table to see all columns.
| Check | Confirm | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Authorization | You may use this Corporate ID | Member login alone does not grant company-rate access |
| Returned rate | Company, hotel, dates, room and guests match | The quote must fit the actual stay |
| Rate terms | Total price, cancellation, prepayment, breakfast, taxes and changes | Conditions come from the selected reservation |
IHG's current member terms treat unauthorized corporate-rate use as abuse and mention identity or eligibility validation at check-in. A company rate appearing in the App does not establish your eligibility. Ask your employer what proof applies to its agreement rather than assuming every hotel requires the same document.
If the company rate does not appear
Recheck the Corporate ID and the stay details first. Within Business Edge, IHG's help center says a rate may be sold out at that property or the hotel may not participate. Those explanations apply to Business Edge, not every employer agreement. A missing result does not by itself prove that the App or code is broken.
Ask your travel team or the hotel whether your agreement covers that property and date. Before confirming, read the selected rate's cancellation deadline, payment rules, inclusions and total price. The App is the booking channel; it does not make every corporate rate refundable, cheaper or inclusive of breakfast.
