For a concrete example, Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria's FAQ says some rates or packages include breakfast and directs guests to their reservation details or the hotel. This is one property's guidance.
Hyatt Place advertises free breakfast at most hotels, but lists excluded properties and notes that some rates omit breakfast. The brand name alone does not settle the question.
Globalist's Club Access or Breakfast is a separate membership benefit. Hyatt's eligibility summary includes published Volume Account Rates among eligible rates, so a company rate is not automatically disqualified. Eligibility to earn points alone does not establish breakfast.
