Before booking, open Rate Details. Afterwards, check My Trips, the app's cancellation section or your confirmation email. Marriott's policy-finding guide says deadlines use the hotel's local time.

For an agency or other third-party booking, ask the original provider to confirm the policy. Keep your reservation and any cancellation confirmation.

If you want different dates, check the revised price and terms before confirming: Marriott says modifications may change them.
