National Car Rental Corporate Codes

Use the National account number supplied by your employer, university or membership organization to check its rental rate. The table below preserves 45 codes from our historical National directory; their current validity has not been verified. Before booking, confirm that your organization still uses the agreement and that it covers your trip. Compare the total rental price, mileage allowance, cancellation terms and any protection included in your actual quote. The archive is useful for identifying an old reference, but it does not establish eligibility or guarantee a discount. If a code is no longer recognized, ask your travel team for the current number.

  1. Obtain the current number and authorized trip types from your organization.
  2. Open National Car Rental, choose your location and dates, and enter the account number for your reservation.
  3. Check the rate and agreement shown before you confirm. If the organization or terms do not match, contact your travel team or National.

Compare the booking terms

Total priceThe same location, dates and vehicle class, including taxes and fees.
MileageIncluded distance and any extra-mile charge in the quote.
ProtectionWhich items the agreement includes, exclusions and any excess or deductible.
Cancellation and paymentPrepayment, cancellation deadlines and no-show charges.
Driver and trip eligibilityAuthorized renters, business or personal use, additional drivers and age conditions.

This directory was preserved in a 5 February 2019 snapshot of our original article. Repeated codes have been combined. An entry identified as Alamo has been left out of the National table. Old price, insurance and age-waiver claims have not been carried forward as current terms.
