Where to enter the code
Hertz: enter the CDP number (Corporate Discount Program) in the Discount/CDP/Club code field when you start a reservation.
Avis: enter the AWD number (Avis Worldwide Discount) in the discount codes section of the booking form.
Sixt: enter the corporate code in the corporate code field on the booking form before choosing a vehicle.
Copy the reference exactly, including leading zeros, and check that the returned rate names your organization.
Business and leisure references
Business and leisure rental codes can carry different agreement terms. Choose the code allowed for your trip, then check eligible drivers, locations, insurance and extra fees. Do not assume that a personal rental includes the same coverage as a work rental.
Insurance, excess, mileage and cancellation terms depend on the rental agreement and location. A code alone does not establish coverage.
