The corporate label does not tell you whether a hotel price is per room or per person. Read the selected quote's unit, included guests and extra-person or meal conditions before comparing totals.
Look for the unit and included guests
In its member-discount section, Hilton Honors' terms describe rates per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Listed taxes and other extras are excluded. That is a defined member-rate example, not a rule for every employer agreement.
Hilton's all-inclusive guidance uses a different unit: charges are per guest. It requires accurate adult and child counts and the child's age at arrival. This does not establish whether a corporate rate is available at a particular resort.

| Wording | What it tells you | What to check separately |
|---|---|---|
| Per room, per night | The room-and-night price unit | Included guests and any extra-person charges |
| Per person | A guest-based price unit | Adult and child terms, ages and total for the party |
| Single/double occupancy | The occupancy basis stated for the quote | Room capacity and charges for additional guests |
| Breakfast or guest benefit | A particular inclusion or eligibility rule | Who qualifies and which expenses remain payable |
A guest benefit is a separate rule
Hilton's second-guest benefit covers qualifying member stays when double occupancy attracts an additional charge. Its exclusions include package components, specialized rates, applicable per-person or per-room taxes and all-inclusive properties. A corporate code alone does not prove that benefit applies.
The Breakfast Included offer at Hilton Long Beach links breakfast to registered guests and qualifying paid nights, with child eligibility conditions. That package does not establish breakfast coverage under a separate company rate.
Check the actual company quote
Marriott Business Access's terms place individual rate rules, tax information and applicable charges in the reservation's room details and charge summary. Use the specific hotel's conditions to settle your booking.
- Enter the actual adults and children, including ages where requested. Check capacity separately from the number included in the price. The number of beds alone does not establish the rate's included guests.
- Compare identical dates, room type, guests and currency. Read the full-stay total and any extra-person, extra-bed or meal conditions.
- Before adding a guest, ask the hotel about unclear charges and ask your travel team about company-rate authorization. Save the written conditions with your confirmation.
